When I saw the new Alphabet Press Textured Embossing Folder I knew this would be great for guy cards (young and old). This is the card I gave my husband for Father's Day. I stuck to my own three basic masculine card rules:
- Mostly neutral colors with a pop of red, blue, green or orange.
- No ribbon or bling - ever!
- Use texture to add character to the card.
I also likle the way the Extra Large Oval punch layers inside the smallest Deco Label Framelit. Reviewing Rule #3 I added texture to the oval with the Chevron Embossing Folder too.
